Our Workforce

Our strength lies in our people. With a well-structured and highly coordinated workforce, we ensure seamless operations from warehouse management to last-mile delivery. Every individual in our organization plays a vital role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Our workforce is strategically divided into three core segments: White-Collared Warehouse Staff, Blue-Collared Warehouse Staff, and Delivery Personnel.

Warehouse Staff (White-Collared)

Our white-collared professionals are the decision-makers, planners, and coordinators who ensure that all warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. They bring expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to the organization.

Their duties include recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee welfare, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. They also focus on creating a positive and productive work environment.

Supervisors & Team Leaders:
Supervisors act as the bridge between management and ground staff. They monitor daily warehouse activities, allocate tasks, manage workforce productivity, and ensure that operational targets are achieved within deadlines. They also enforce safety protocols and quality standards.

Inventory Management Department:
This team ensures accurate tracking and control of all goods within the warehouse. They handle stock monitoring, cycle counting, reconciliation, and reporting. By maintaining precise inventory records, they minimize losses and ensure product availability.

Operations Department :
This segment ensures that all goods meet required standards before dispatch. They conduct inspections, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Warehouse Staff (Blue-Collared)

Our blue-collared workforce is the backbone of daily warehouse operations. These skilled workers handle the physical movement, sorting, packing, and processing of goods with precision and speed.

Departments & Responsibilities

Data Entry Operators:
They are responsible for updating shipment details, inventory records, and operational data into the system. Their accuracy ensures smooth coordination across departments.

Scanners (Barcode/RFID Operators):
Scanners use advanced tracking systems to scan and verify products at different stages. This helps in maintaining real-time visibility and reducing errors.

Pickers:
Pickers locate and collect products from storage areas based on order requirements. Their efficiency directly impacts order fulfillment speed and accuracy.

Packers:
Packers ensure that goods are securely and appropriately packed to prevent damage during transit. They follow packaging guidelines and labeling standards.

Material Handlers:
They assist in moving goods within the warehouse using equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys, or forklifts, ensuring smooth internal logistics.
